On March 17, Governor Murphy ordered all shopping malls to close in New Jersey in response to COVID-19, effective from 8pm.
Governor Murphy clarified that restaurants with their own entrances may remain open for take-out or delivery only.

On March 17, Governor Evers ordered all enclosed shopping malls in Wisconsin to close in response to COVID-19, effective at 5pm, March 17. Accordingly, Bay Park Square and Southridge Mall are temporarily closed.

Stanford Shopping Center, Stoneridge Shopping Center®, Gilroy Premium Outlets®, San Francisco Premium Outlets® and Great Mall® are temporarily closed.
In an effort to curb the spread of Coronavirus, on Monday, March 16, Bay Area authorities from San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda counties issued a joint “shelter in place” order. The Order instructs all residents to stay at home except to engage in “Essential Activities, Essential Government Functions, or to operate Essential Businesses,” as defined in the Order. We must all adhere strictly to these governmental Orders – these are not merely advice or guidance, but instead mandatory legal requirements.
The Order is effective on Tuesday, March 17th and will continue through Tuesday, April 7th.

Temporary Operating Hours - In order to support our retailers, employees and local community, and in accordance with the latest CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, we have temporarily modified our operating hours to 11am to 7pm (Monday through Saturday), and 12pm to 6pm (Sunday), effective from Tuesday, March 17*.

On March 15, Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced ordered the temporary closure of all shopping centers and other types of commercial establishments on Puerto Rico until March 30, in response to the Covid-19 virus.
Accordingly, Plaza Carolina and Puerto Rico Premium Outlets will be temporarily closed from 6pm, Sunday, March 15 through March 30.

King of Prussia, Montgomery Mall, Philadelphia Premium Outlets, Oxford Valley Mall and Lincoln Plaza
Gov. Wolf recommended that all non-essential retail close in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties, Pennsylvania and clarified in a public statement that essential retail is defined as supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations. Accordingly, we expect that all non-essential tenants of King of Prussia, Montgomery Mall, Philadelphia Premium Outlets, Oxford Valley Mall and Lincoln Plaza adhere to and comply with Gov. We are committed to doing whatever is needed to safeguard the health of our shoppers, our employees and our tenants. To that end, Simon is taking extraordinary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy at our centers.
In January, as information first began to emerge concerning Covid-19, we immediately implemented our Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) and deployed an enhanced and broad cleaning program which includes regular deep cleaning with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) approved disinfectants at increased frequencies.
Our cleaning crews have been increased and are working around the clock to ensure we meet and exceed the hygiene standards established by both the CDC and the World Health Organization.
Increased cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing occurs throughout the day, and throughout the common areas of our properties, with a particular focus on highly trafficked locations, including, but not limited to:
· Mall entrances
· Restrooms
· Seating areas
· Play areas
· Dining areas
· Guest Services
· Strollers
· Trash cans
· Door handles/knobs
· Drinking fountains
· Charging stations
· Mall offices
Additionally, thorough disinfecting and sanitizing is completed during non-operating hours to prepare for business the next day.
We are also advising that anyone who is sick stay at home and we’ve posted signage at our properties to remind our shoppers to follow the safety precautions recommended by the CDC, including:
· Frequent hand washing
· Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
· Regular hand sanitizing for which stations have been provided throughout the property.
We urge everyone to follow the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the CDC.
We recognize this is a fluid and dynamic situation and we are in constant contact with the CDC, federal and local health authorities to ensure we continue to implement the highest quality hygiene and safety measures and will adjust accordingly as more information becomes available.
Finally, we strongly encourage our retail partners to implement similar measures in their stores and to encourage employees to follow CDC and WHO guidelines, so, together, we can keep our teams and properties as safe as possible.
